Spiermassa opbouwen
Eiwitten zijn de absolute basis voor spieropbouw. Een makkelijke regel om voldoende eiwit binnen te krijgen om spiermassa te kunnen opbouwen is dagelijks 1 tot 3 gram eiwitten per kilo (vetvrij) lichaamsgewicht.
Spierdefinitie
Als sporter streef je naar spieren in de meest gedefinieerde vorm, dus niet van die super dikke spieren maar bij voorkeur mooie slanke spieren zonder een grammetje vet.
