If you received a discount code, for example at your gym, red this in a magazine or due to our newsletter, you can use the code as written below.
Selected the products you would like to buy. In an overview of your shopping cart you can see the products you are ordering. Fill in the discount code. If you have all the products you need, you go to our online pay desk and log in to pay. When you order for the first time, you have to create an account. After that you can pay your order. Be aware that you use the code ass written, don’t use interspaces. 

Order Status:

Login with “my account” to see the status of your order. When your order has been sent to you, you will receive a e-mail with confirmation of your order and a track & trace number of the package.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you see the “cancel” button in your screen you can cancel the order. As soon as the order has proceeded into our database, you can only send the order back when you have received it. Please note, that then the transport costs are for your account.

Can I get a duplicate of my invoice?

In order to get a duplicate of your invoice you can call us +31 36 549 40 80 or just state your request in an e-mail to info@mdy.nl The details on your invoice cannot be changed for any reason.

I have forgotten my password, what to do?

Go to “my account” on the top left side. Fill in the details asked and we will send you an e-mail with your correct password.
Here we state some tips for choosing a good, trustful password:
1) For each website or login choose a different password
2) Change your password frequently
3) Use a password with at least 8 characters.
4) A password should have capital letters, small letters and numbers.
5) Do not use “easy to guess” passwords such as names and birth dates

Where can I change my account details?

Go to “my account” on the top left side. Fill in the details asked and you will see all details you have given us before. Here you can change your name, email and invoice/delivery address.

Where can I register for the newsletter?

In the webshop you will find a banner for the newsletter on the bottom left corner. When registered you will be informed about new products and exclusive offers!

When will my order be sent to me?

All orders which contain products that are in stock will usually be sent the same day.

How can I send my order back?
MDY only accepts orders if you have contacted us within 7 days after receiving the package. Please contact MDY for further information about the return address. The package must contain the original invoice and each product must still be sealed and not damaged in any way.
We do not accept return orders at our headoffice.
