Dosage
As a dietary supplement take 1-3 shakes of 303 grams (10 scoops) per day if you have a rapid digestion take the shakes with the meals and if you have a normal/ slow digestion take the shakes between meals. Dissolve for each shake 303 grams (10 scoops) powder in 750 ml of milk or liquid of your choice.
