Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 sports bottle (500 ml) of Reload during or after your workout. Dissolve 45 grams of powder (2 scoops) in cold water, for each bottle of 500 ml. Dissolve the complete package (450 g) in 5000 ml water for 5 liter of Reload.

Lemon: Carbohydrates (maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose), minerals (potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride), acidying agent (L-Malic acid), coloring (E104, E133), grapefruit aroma (0,3%), lemon-lime aroma (0,05%), sweetener (aspartame (E951) contains a source of phenylalanine). Contains wheat (incl. gluten).
