Dosage
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily, preferably during a meal. Take for each 35 kilograms of bodyweight 1 capsule. Say, your bodyweight is 70 kilos then you’ll need to take 2 capsules of Tribulus each day. Start the first week with 1 capsule daily and in the weeks that follow, 2 or 3 capsules a day. Stop using Tribulus Terrestris after 3 months.
